For delivery of poles and assembled goods please note the following:-
- Please state any conditions such as reduced access for lorries.
- Large pole models will be delivered on a pallet and price is for kerbside drop only.
- If access is not clear for delivery of a pallet(s) an extra charge may be levied if goods are returned to the courier depot.

General Terms and Conditions:
DEFINITIONS
Seller means Tigga Towers Ltd. and the company's web site www.tiggatowers.com
Customer means the person or company to whom this document is addressed. International Customer shall mean any Customer outside the UK.
1. GENERAL
These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by the Seller to the Customer.
2. PRICE
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT (at the prevailing rate).
All prices are exclusive of postage and packing and all associated delivery costs (unless otherwise stated).
3. PAYMENT
Payments must be made in Pounds Sterling only. Accepted cards are MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Maestro.
Cheques should be made payable to Tigga Towers Ltd. BACS payments are acceptable – details on request.
4. PASSING OF RISK
The risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery, as defined in clause 5.3 below.
5. DELIVERY
5.1 Delivery date:
Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil all orders within 30 days subject to stock levels.
Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you as soon as possible.
Seller cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by any third party.
5.2 SHIPPING
Unless otherwise specified receipt of all products must be signed for with a printed name and a signature.
The Customer must request any other delivery method at the time of the order, and goods will be shipped under Customer's responsibility as defined in clause 5.3.
5.3 PASSING OF RISK
When goods are delivered through Seller the Customer bears the risk, once the goods have been signed for.
For other delivery methods, the Customer bears the risk once the goods have left the Sellers premises.
6. ACCEPTANCE
The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within 10 days after their receipt the Customer shall have notified the seller that the goods are rejected.
