Tigga Towers offer a unique 12 month guarantee on our Tigga Tower Poles only. No other products are included in our 12 month guarantee. Below are the Guarantee guidelines. When you purchase a pole, your will receive a written receipt dated with your product and name. This will act as your guarantee and proof of purchase if required When you purchase any product from Tigga Towers you will recieve some tips on how to look after your product. Please refer to this page for full details on all aspects of care for Tigga Tower products.

 Tigga Tower Guarantee

• The 12 month guarantee covers the construction aspects of your pole including the materials used.
• Tigga Towers are designed as indoor poles. For a suitable outdoor and weather resistant pole please see our new outdoor range launching in 2010
• Please note this guarantee is subject to allow for reasonable wear and tear to items such as the sisal rope.
• Bedding and Toys are NOT covered under our guarantee.
• In the unlikely event of your tower not living up to the above guarantee please contact us.

Tigga Tower product maintenance and advise tips:

Poles:

• Please NOTE Tigga Tower poles need 2 people to assemble.
• Please only use the Allen Key supplied with the product for assembly and tightening.
• Poles will need periodic tightening to maintain stability.
• Wooden Bases should be periodically treated with a natural oil to prevent splitting, and should not be placed near radiators or extreme temperature changes.

Bedding:

• Bedding can be machine washed at 30°.
• Do not tumble dry
• A soft brush or your hand will help remove excess fur & keep your bedding looking as good as new for longer.
• Prior to washing remove excess fur using the above suggested techniques.

Toys: 

• Please make sure you lock toys away after use. Cats are very clever and determined when they want to be!
• Toys should not be left alone with cats as some elements can be dangerous when consumed.
